KITCHEN

With white cabinets, quartz countertops and a fun herringbone glass tile backsplash, this kitchen is an eye catcher as soon as you walk into the space. The large “breakfast bar” island makes this kitchen a great spot to hang out.

HARDWOOD

The majority of this home is covered in ½”engineered hardwood. The wide planks (7”!! Holy cow!!) and the warm grey tones in the wood make these rooms feel very open and bright. The hardwood acts as a great backdrop to the other colors used in the design pallet.

Hardwood: Chesapeake ½” x 7” Provence Manor “Adirondack Path”

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room showcases a fun, LVT (or luxury vinyl tile) that will withstand lots of traffic and dirt. Having a durable – but good looking – floor in this type of space is key!

LVT: Duraceramic Dimensions 12×24 “Glacier” set in a brick pattern

CARPET

Soft and squishy carpet is a must in bedrooms! Both the master bedroom & second bedroom in this home have soft, light-colored carpet that feels good under your feet and looks awesome with any décor.

Carpet: Shaw Bright Ideas II, Color: Antique Pearl

FAMILY BATH

Why not bring some fun into the bathroom your guests will be using!? This 12×24 porcelain tile – set in a 45 degree brick pattern – is a little unexpected and offers a lot of interest on this bathroom floor. With the pairing of a quartz countertop, this guest bathroom looks great and is going to be super easy to clean and maintain. Who doesn’t love that?

Floor tile: MSI Sophie 12×24 “White”

Countertop: Silestone “Mont Blanc” quartz

MASTER BATHROOM

This master bathroom definitely makes a statement. The beautiful porcelain floor tile looks just like marble but is much more durable in wet area! The tile shower is “swoon-worthy” with its bold stripe of glass tile that accentuates the 9’ ceilings. The color scheme in this space is pulled together with the understated, yet contemporary look of the quartz countertop on the double vanity. Can we duplicate this bathroom in my house please!?

Vanity countertop: Indoor City’s The Avenue “Prince Street” quartz

Bathroom floor tile: MSI “Statuario” 12×24 matte set in a brick pattern

Shower wall tile: The Avenue “White” glossy 4×16 tile set in a brick pattern with a bold accent of Crossville’s Groove Glass 2×16 “Salsa”

Now it’s time we play the “what is YOUR favorite part of this home?” game. We are totally in love with the master bath! We also love the furniture used in the dining/family room. The colors are right up our alley and it feels like an inviting space you just want to spend some time in!
